Uniform Requirements for 2026-2027 School Year

Dear Eastmoor Academy High School Parents and Guardians,

As we prepare to welcome our students back for another exciting school year, I would like to share an important update regarding our school uniform expectations.

Beginning with the 2026–2027 school year, Eastmoor Academy students will be permitted to wear only khaki-colored uniform bottoms. Black and navy-blue pants will no longer be part of the approved school uniform.

This decision was made with our families in mind. Over the past several years, we have experienced an increasing number of dress code concerns related to leggings, joggers, athletic pants, and other styles that closely resemble approved uniform bottoms. These situations often resulted in students being removed from class and parents being contacted to bring replacement clothing to school. We recognize that these calls can be inconvenient and disruptive to your workday and family schedule.

By moving to a single approved color for uniform bottoms, our goal is to eliminate the gray area surrounding what is and is not acceptable attire. A clear, consistent expectation will help students arrive prepared for school each day, reduce unnecessary classroom interruptions, and allow us to focus our attention where it belongs, on teaching and learning.

We appreciate your partnership as we continue to create a positive, respectful, and distraction-free learning environment for every Warrior. Your support helps ensure that students spend more time in the classroom and less time addressing avoidable dress code concerns.
